SOXLayer started from a simple frustration: SOX testing is careful, evidence-heavy work, and most of the tools built for it treat that evidence as an attachment rather than the actual subject of the test. Spreadsheets tracked status. Shared drives held the files. Nothing connected a conclusion back to the page of the document it actually came from.

We built SOXLayer to close that gap: a workspace where the evidence, the test, and the conclusion live in the same place, and where an AI first pass reads the evidence the way a careful preparer would, citation included, so a reviewer's time goes to judgment instead of hunting for the page a number came from.
